What a Lost Mary prefilled pod actually is

A prefilled pod is a small, sealed plastic cartridge that arrives already filled with e-liquid at the factory. You do not top it up, you do not measure anything out, and you do not handle the liquid at any point. When the pod is finished you unclip it, set it aside for recycling and click a fresh one into place. That is the entire routine. It is the reason pod systems have become the default choice for people who want a consistent draw without carrying a bottle around, and it is why this category is by far the largest on our shelves at 142 separate listings.

Every pod on this page is a genuine Lost Mary component. Inside a sealed 2ml pod

The construction is consistent across the four families we carry. A moulded plastic shell holds the e-liquid in a reservoir. Inside that reservoir sits a mesh coil — a thin sheet of metal, perforated and folded, that heats the liquid when the device fires. A wicking material draws liquid from the reservoir to the coil so the mesh always has something to vaporise. On the outside there are electrical contacts that meet the matching contacts in the device body, and an air inlet that sets the resistance of the draw.

Lost Mary builds all four of these pod families around a mouth-to-lung draw, usually abbreviated to MTL. That means the airflow is deliberately tight. You pull vapour into your mouth first, hold it for a beat, then inhale. It is a slower, more considered draw than the wide-open direct-lung style you get from a big sub-ohm tank, and it pairs naturally with the higher nicotine salt strengths the UK permits. If you have only ever used a large airy device, the first few draws on an MTL pod will feel restrictive. That is intentional, not a fault.

By law, no pod sold in the UK for nicotine-containing e-liquid may hold more than 2ml. Every pod listed in this category is a 2ml pod. There is no larger option available legally, from any brand, anywhere in the country, and you should treat any listing that claims otherwise with suspicion.

Why prefilled is different from filling your own

There are two broad ways to run a pod device. Refillable pods arrive empty and you pour your own liquid in from a bottle, which means you can pick any flavour and any strength you like and you keep using the same pod until the coil tires. Prefilled pods arrive full, sealed and matched to the device by the people who designed it, and you replace the whole unit including the coil each time.

The trade is convenience against choice. Prefilled wins on convenience by a wide margin — there is nothing to spill, nothing to carry, no priming wait beyond a minute or two, and a brand-new coil every time you change pods, which is why the flavour tends to stay bright across a whole pod rather than fading. Refillable wins on per-millilitre cost and on the sheer breadth of liquid you can put through it. A lot of people run both. They keep a pod device for the working day because it needs no thought, and a refillable setup at home where a bottle on the side is no inconvenience.

"Prefilled Pods" versus "Pod + Refill" — the difference that catches people out

This is the single most common point of confusion on this page, and it is worth slowing down for, because the two product types look nearly identical on a listing thumbnail and they are not the same thing at all.

What is in a plain "Prefilled Pods" pack

The BM600 and Tappo listings are styled "Prefilled Pods". These packs contain pods. That is it. A pod, or a pair of pods depending on the pack, each one sealed and ready to click straight into the matching device. There is no separate bottle of liquid in the box and there is no device. When you have used the liquid inside, the pod is done and you open the next one.

Both of these families sit at £4.95 on our listings. They are the straightforward option: buy, unwrap, click in, use, recycle.

What is in a "Pod + Refill" pack

The BM6000 and Nera 15k listings are styled "Prefilled Pod + Refill". These contain two things: a sealed prefilled pod exactly as above, and an integrated refill bottle of the same flavour and the same nicotine strength. When the pod runs dry, you use the refill bottle to top the same pod back up rather than throwing it away and opening a new one.

That design is why BM6000 sits at £6.95 and Nera 15k at £7.95 rather than the £4.95 of the plain pod packs. You are buying more liquid in the box. It also means a single purchase lasts noticeably longer than a single plain pod, and it means the pod body and its mesh coil get used across the refill as well as the original fill. The refill bottle is integrated into the packaging design so you are not decanting from a separate standalone bottle; the flavour and strength are fixed to match what is already in the pod.

There is a small practical consequence. Because the refill reuses the original coil, the last stretch of a refilled pod will not taste quite as crisp as the very first draws off a factory-fresh one. That is normal for any reused coil and is not a defect. If you are a stickler for peak flavour throughout, the plain pod packs give you a brand-new coil every single time.

How to tell them apart on a listing

Read the product title. It is the fastest check there is, and it is completely reliable across all 142 listings:

• "<Flavour> Tappo Prefilled Pods by Lost Mary" — pods only, £4.95.
• "<Flavour> BM6000 Prefilled Pod + Refill by Lost Mary" — pod plus integrated refill, £6.95.
• "<Flavour> Nera 15k Prefilled Pod + Refill by Lost Mary" — pod plus integrated refill, £7.95.

If the words "+ Refill" appear, there is extra liquid in the box. If they do not, there is not. No listing in this category deviates from that naming pattern.

No device is included anywhere in this category

Everything on this page is a consumable. Pods and refills only. Not one listing here ships with a battery, a body, a charging cable or anything else you could actually vape from on its own. If you land on this category with no Lost Mary device already in a drawer, you will need to buy the hardware separately or you will end up with a sealed pod and nothing to put it in.

We say this plainly because it is the most frequent ordering mistake we see on pod categories generally. A pod is a cartridge. It needs a host.

Pod compatibility — which pod fits which device

Here is the fact that matters more than any other on this page, so we are going to state it flatly and then repeat it later: pods are range-specific and they do not interchange. A BM600 pod will not fit a BM6000 device. A BM6000 pod will not fit a Nera. A Nera pod will not fit a Tappo. A Tappo pod will not fit any of the other three. The four families use different physical shells, different contact layouts and different click-in geometry, and they were never designed to cross over.

This is not a case of one being a tight fit you can force. They simply do not mate. If you have bought the wrong family, you have bought a pod you cannot use, which is why we would rather labour the point here than field the email afterwards.

Checking before you order

Before you add anything to a basket, do these three things in order. They take under a minute and they eliminate essentially every compatibility problem we have ever seen.

• Read the name printed on your device body. It will say BM600, BM6000, Nera or Tappo. That word is the only one that matters. Ignore the flavour printed on the old pod, ignore the colour of the device, ignore what a friend told you.
• Match that word to the family in the product title. The product titles in this category always name the family explicitly, so if your device says Tappo you want a title containing "Tappo Prefilled Pods".
• Check whether you want a refill included. BM6000 and Nera 15k give you one; BM600 and Tappo do not. This changes the price and how long the purchase lasts.

BM600 Prefilled Pods — £4.95

The BM600 is the compact end of the range and the cheapest way into Lost Mary pods at £4.95 a pack. Pods are 2ml at 20mg nicotine salt, sealed, click-in, mesh coil, MTL draw. There is no refill bottle; when the liquid is gone, the pod is gone.

BM6000 Prefilled Pod + Refill — £6.95

The BM6000 is the broadest family we stock in this category, with over fifty flavours and the widest strength choice. Every listing is a pod plus an integrated refill of the same liquid, which is where the £6.95 price sits relative to the £4.95 plain packs. The full BM6000 category collects the devices and pods together if you want to browse that family on its own.

Nera 15k Prefilled Pod + Refill — £7.95

Nera 15k is the premium tier at £7.95 and the family with the most adventurous flavour development. It is a Pod + Refill format like the BM6000, so each purchase carries a sealed pod and an integrated refill bottle. Forty-one flavours are listed, and they include things you will not find anywhere else in the range — Dubai Chocolate, Sparkling Cherry, Fizzy Pineapple, Grape Berry, Mango Peach Papaya.

The Ice list is enormous. BM600 alone gives you Blackberry Ice, Guava Ice, Triple Berry Ice, Red Apple Ice, Watermelon Ice, Peach Ice, Cherry Ice, Blue Razz Ice, Strawberry Ice and Pineapple Ice. BM6000 adds Banana Ice, Cherry Ice, Strawberry Ice, Blackberry Ice, Pineapple Ice, Watermelon Ice, Red Apple Ice and Strawberry Raspberry Cherry Ice. If cold is your default, the ice and menthol category is the shortcut — it is the single largest flavour grouping we run. Worth knowing: the intensity of the cooling varies between families, and Nera 15k tends to be the most assertive of the four.

Cherry and red berry

Cherry is the second-biggest profile in the range and it is treated very differently depending on which listing you pick. BM600 has Cherry Ice, Blue Razz Cherry and Cherry Peach Lemonade. Blue and dark berry

This is the group that carries most of the range's identity. Straight blueberry is well covered too — Blueberry in BM600 and BM6000, Acai Berry Blueberry and Blueberry Sour Raspberry in BM6000, Blueberry Cherry Cranberry, Blueberry Raspberry Gami, Blueberry Raspberry Ice and Blueberry Cherry Blackberry in Nera 15k. Grape deserves its own mention because the range treats it seriously. Plain Grape appears in BM600, BM6000 and Tappo. Sakura Grape — a floral, lightly perfumed take — is in BM600 and Nera 15k. Citrus, lemonade and fizz

Citrus in this range rarely stands alone; it usually does the job of sharpening something sweeter. Lemon Lime is the exception and it appears in BM600, BM6000, Nera 15k and Tappo — all four families — which makes it one of the most widely available profiles we stock. Tappo also has Lemon Ice as a straighter, colder lemon.

The lemonade builds are where citrus really earns its place: Pink Lemonade in BM600, BM6000 and Nera 15k; Blue Razz Lemonade in BM6000, Nera 15k and Tappo; Blackcurrant Lemonade and Cherry Peach Lemonade in BM6000; Berry Lemonade in Nera 15k. These carry a slight carbonated bite alongside the fruit. Lime turns up in Strawberry Lime and Cola Lime, both BM6000. Blackcurrant Lemonade in particular pairs a dark, slightly tart berry against that lemonade backbone, and it is one of the more grown-up profiles in the BM6000 line.

Genuinely fizzy profiles are a small but distinctive subset: Fizzy Cherry in BM6000, Fizzy Pineapple and Sparkling Cherry in Nera 15k. They read as a soft drink rather than a fruit.

Tropical

Mango is the anchor. Triple Mango appears in BM600, BM6000 and Nera 15k; plain Mango is in BM6000; Nera 15k adds Blackcurrant Mango, Mango Dragon Fruit, Mango Peach Papaya and Pineapple Peach Mango. The mango category is the shortcut. Pineapple runs close behind with Pineapple Ice in all four families, Pineapple Passionfruit in BM6000, and Fizzy Pineapple plus Pineapple Peach Mango in Nera 15k — see the pineapple category.

Beyond those two, the tropical shelf gets interesting. Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava is one of the range's signature blends and appears in BM600, BM6000, Nera 15k and Tappo. Guava Ice is BM600. Hawaii Sunrise, Fruit Punch, Banana Volcano and Orange Bruu are BM6000. Tropical Fruit is Tappo. Strawberry Dragon Fruit and Mango Dragon Fruit are Nera 15k. Orchard fruit and melon

Apple is the workhorse here. Blackcurrant Apple sits in BM600 and BM6000, Red Apple Ice in BM600 and BM6000, Double Apple in BM600 and BM6000, Apple Blackcurrant in Nera 15k, Berry Apple Peach in BM6000, and Apple Watermelon in Tappo. Double Apple is worth flagging as the odd one out — it is a sweet-and-sour twin-apple profile rather than a plain green or red apple. The apple category lists them all.

Peach is the other strong orchard note: Peach Ice in BM600; Juicy Peach, Raspberry Peach, Berry Apple Peach and Cherry Peach Lemonade in BM6000; Juicy Peach, Mango Peach Papaya and Pineapple Peach Mango in Nera 15k. The peach category gathers them. Melon is spread across Watermelon Ice in all four families, Triple Melon in BM600 and BM6000, Watermelon Kiwi and Strawberry Watermelon in BM6000, Raspberry Watermelon and Strawberry Watermelon in Nera 15k, and both Watermelon and Apple Watermelon in Tappo — the watermelon category is the quick route.

Cola and soft drink

Small group, loyal following. Cola appears in BM600, BM6000 and Nera 15k. Cherry Cola is in BM6000 and Nera 15k. Cola Lime is BM6000 only, and Cherry Cola also appears in Tappo. These are sweet, slightly syrupy and quite unlike anything else on the page — if you want a break from fruit without going cold, this is where to look. Everything soft-drink-flavoured we stock sits in the cola category.

Dessert and the genuinely unusual

Two listings break the pattern entirely and both are worth knowing about. Latte, in the BM6000 line, is a milky coffee profile — the only coffee flavour anywhere in our Lost Mary stock. Dubai Chocolate, in Nera 15k, is a pistachio-and-chocolate confection profile riffing on the filled chocolate bar that became a fixture a couple of years ago. Neither behaves like the fruit and ice that dominate the rest of the category.

P&B Cloudd in BM600 is the third outlier, a soft blended profile that does not slot neatly into any of the groups above. Blue Razz Gami and Blueberry Raspberry Gami take a sweet-shop gummy angle. If you have worked through the fruit shelf and want something different, these six are where to go.

Nicotine strengths and the UK limits that apply

Every pod in this category is nicotine salt rather than freebase. Nicotine salt is smoother on the throat at high strengths than freebase is, which is exactly what you want in a tight MTL pod where the vapour is concentrated. It is the standard for this style of device and all four families use it.

The rules that apply to everything on this page

UK law sets hard limits on nicotine-containing vape products, and they are not negotiable by any retailer. They apply to us, to every other UK seller, and to every brand:

• 2ml maximum pod or tank capacity. Every pod in this category is 2ml. Nothing larger can be sold with nicotine in it.
• 20mg/ml maximum nicotine strength. That is the ceiling. Most of what we list here sits exactly at it.

Where you actually get a choice of strength

Most of this category is 20mg and only 20mg. The exception is a specific set of eleven BM6000 flavours, which are listed in 0mg, 10mg and 20mg. Prefilled pods trade a higher per-millilitre cost for convenience. That is the deal, and it is worth seeing the arithmetic so you know exactly what you are choosing.

Single pods versus the bulk boxes

Every family has a bulk listing, and in three of the four cases the box saves you money against buying the same quantity singly. Run the numbers:
