Pineapple leads with its natural acidity, tangy and slightly fizzy across the inhale, carrying just enough sugar to stop it tipping into sour. The cooling lands on the exhale and dries everything out, leaving a short, clean finish. Ice works better over sharp fruit than soft fruit, and this is a good example of why — the menthol lifts the pineapple rather than smothering it.
