Flavour

The base is full yellow mango with plenty of body and sugar. Over it sits a greener, tangier layer that keeps the sweetness in check, and underneath there is a faintly resinous note that gives the blend its length. Tropical flavours often flatten out after an hour or two; the layering here is what stops that happening across a long-lasting pod.
