Flavour

Ripe yellow mango provides the body, a greener and sharper layer sits above it, and a drier resinous note underneath gives the blend some length. Menthol arrives on the exhale and cuts the sweetness back, which stops a flavour this thick from becoming tiring. It is a good example of ice being used to balance a fruit rather than to dominate it.
